Before beginning, you need:

An active VowChat account with admin access

A configured website live chat channel
Step 1: Set Up Your Help Center

Create your help center

Add at least one help center article

Prepare help center for integration
Step 2: Access Channel Settings

Go to Settings in VowChat dashboard

Click Channels in vertical navigation bar
Step 3: Open Live Chat Settings

Find Website Live Chat channel

Click settings icon (⚙️) next to the channel name
Step 4: Configure Help Center Integration

Scroll to "Help Center" section

Open dropdown menu

Select help center to embed in widget

Confirm correct help center selection
Step 5: Save Your Changes

Click "Update" button

Wait for confirmation message
Verify Your Setup

Navigate to live chat widget

Check for help center integration

Test by accessing articles within chat widget
