How to Embed Your Help Center Articles in the Live Chat Widget

Prerequisites

Before beginning, you need:

  • An active VowChat account with admin access

  • A configured website live chat channel

Step 1: Set Up Your Help Center

  1. Create your help center

  2. Add at least one help center article

  3. Prepare help center for integration

Step 2: Access Channel Settings

  1. Go to Settings in VowChat dashboard

  2. Click Channels in vertical navigation bar

Step 3: Open Live Chat Settings

  1. Find Website Live Chat channel

  2. Click settings icon (⚙️) next to the channel name

Step 4: Configure Help Center Integration

  1. Scroll to "Help Center" section

  2. Open dropdown menu

  3. Select help center to embed in widget

  4. Confirm correct help center selection

Step 5: Save Your Changes

  1. Click "Update" button

  2. Wait for confirmation message

Verify Your Setup

  1. Navigate to live chat widget

  2. Check for help center integration

  3. Test by accessing articles within chat widget
