FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) are a collection of common questions and answers designed to provide quick customer assistance. AI Assistant generates FAQs through two primary methods.

How are FAQs Generated?

Automatic Generation

AI Assistant analyzes:

  • Help center articles

  • Resolved customer conversations

  • Identifies content gaps

  • Suggests potential FAQs

Manual Generation

Users can create FAQs by:

  1. Navigating to FAQs section

  2. Clicking "Add New"

  3. Entering question and answer

  4. Assigning to an assistant

Adding FAQs Manually

Steps

  1. Go to FAQs section in sidebar

  2. Click "Create New FAQ"

  3. Enter question and answer

  4. Select assistant

  5. Click "Create"

Reviewing Suggested FAQs

Process

  1. Go to FAQ pages

  2. Apply "Pending" filter

  3. Review suggested questions

  4. Options:

    • Approve FAQ

    • Edit answer

    • View original conversation
