How to create an assistant in AI Assistant?
The Assistant in AI Assistant is built to help answer customer questions, provide solutions, and assist with product-related issues. It learns from help center articles and past conversations to give accurate responses. When linked to a channel, it can handle conversations directly with customers.

- Located in left-hand sidebar under AI Assistant menu
Creation Steps

Click on Assistants

Click "Create a new Assistant" button

Connecting Assistants to Channels

Click three-dot menu next to assistant details

Select "View Connected Channels"

Click "Connect a New Channel"

Select desired channel
Note: Each channel can only connect to one assistant at a time.
