How to create an assistant in AI Assistant?

The Assistant in AI Assistant is built to help answer customer questions, provide solutions, and assist with product-related issues. It learns from help center articles and past conversations to give accurate responses. When linked to a channel, it can handle conversations directly with customers.

Availability

  • Located in left-hand sidebar under AI Assistant menu

Creation Steps

  1. Click on Assistants

  2. Click "Create a new Assistant" button

Assistant Creation Fields

Optional Features

  • Enable FAQs from resolved conversations

  • Capture key details as memories from customer interactions

Connecting Assistants to Channels

  1. Click three-dot menu next to assistant details

  2. Select "View Connected Channels"

  3. Click "Connect a New Channel"

  4. Select desired channel

Note: Each channel can only connect to one assistant at a time.
