When to Use Hard Reload
Use a hard reload when:
- VowChat displays outdated information
- You've just updated your VowChat configuration
- The interface appears broken or incorrectly styled
- You're experiencing caching issues
- Support has asked you to clear your cache
Regular Reload vs Hard Reload
- Regular Reload (F5 or Cmd+R): Refreshes the page, may use cached files
- Hard Reload (shortcuts above): Bypasses cache completely, downloads everything fresh
If hard reload doesn't solve your issue, you may need to fully clear your browser cache or contact support@vowchat.ai for assistance.
