Navigate to Reports → Bots

Key Metrics

  • No. of Conversations: Total conversations handled by bots

  • Total Responses: Total messages sent by bots

  • Resolution Rate: Percentage of conversations resolved without agent involvement

  • Handoff Rate: Percentage of conversations transferred to human agents
