How does sorting work?
VowChat provides multiple sorting options to help agents efficiently manage and prioritize customer conversations.
Available Sorting Options
1. Latest Activity
Prioritizes conversations with most recent interactions. Conversations with the latest activity are listed first.
Use case: Stay engaged with current discussions
2. Creation Time
Organizes conversations by when they were initiated. Most recently created conversation appears at the top.
Use case: Prioritize older conversations needing attention
3. Priority
Focuses on critical conversations with hierarchy:

High

Medium
-
Low
-
Unassigned
Use case: Ensure high-priority issues are addressed promptly
4. Pending Response
Arranges conversations by response wait time. Conversations waiting the longest appear at the top.
Use case: Minimize response delays by highlighting unattended conversations

Click the sort dropdown in the conversation list to select your preferred sorting method.
