How to setup an Instagram channel via Instagram login?

Prerequisites

Before bringing your Instagram channel to VowChat, you need to make sure that you have a Business Instagram account. Set up a Business Instagram account if you don't have one. This guide from Instagram will help you do the same.

How to create an Instagram channel in VowChat?

Step 1. Go to Settings → Channels → "Add Channel".

Step 2. Click on the "Continue with Instagram" button.

Step 3. Enable "Access and manage messages" and click on allow button to continue the authorization.

Step 4. Select your Instagram business account.

Step 5. "Add agents" to your Instagram channel.

You have successfully created an Instagram channel. Whenever a customer sends a message to your Instagram account, you will be able to see and reply to it in VowChat.
